"Visited Wookey Hole and thought the caves were amazing. Great food served at the restaurant. Lots to see and do. Definately worth a visit. Will be back." --Dawn J.

"Myself and my family visited Wookey Hole in 1983. I had a small baby at the time and I remember my dad holding her walking over a bridge when the guide told us how much earth and rocks were above us, and how deep it was below us...my dad said 'oh, she doesn't like it down here, I think I'll take her out'...so holding my baby very tight to his chest, off he hurried outside...now 25 years later I was traveling down to Minehead and passed the motorway signs for Wookey Hole...it brought back a lovely holiday with my whole family. My dad has since passed away, but I and my family can still chuckle at our dad, so thank you very much for a lovely time, and a lot of memories." --Yvonne Y.

"Visited with our children in 1985. Great experience for the children." --Paddy H.

"Wookey Hole is the most amazing place for anyone of any age to visit. I have vistied there when I was 8, 13 and 17 and I am going there again soon (now 27). It is so much fun and the story of the witch is fascinating. The caves and mill are extremely interesting and it makes a varied day out whatever the weather!" --Sian H.

"My father was born and raised in Wookey Hole and was a 3rd generation papermaker. He left in 1914 and never got to go back (raising a family, surviving the Depression and I think an emotional fear of returning to see all that he had left). After his death my mother and I visited and saw all the places he had talked about. Met my cousins. Wookey Hole is a very interesting place to me and I think anyone would enjoy the small village." --Sue P. (Florida, U.S.A.)
